All appointments are carefully coordinated to ensure each home receives the attention and care it deserves. Once you've booked, you will receive a confirmation text or email that your appointment is secured. For accurate scheduling, please ensure your service selection reflects the true size of the home, areas in the home and any special requests so that we can guarantee the high-quality Tidy Blue experience you can expect. If you are in need of a last minute clean, squeeze-in or additional appointment, this may be available upon request.
Appointments may be booked online or by phone.

Based on the service booked, two cleaners may be assigned. Please read your service description carefully, including the maximum amount of time allocated for your cleaning.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change.
To help us maintain our standard of excellence, we kindly ask that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance and any appointment changes are made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations or reschedules made after the allowed notice period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

At Tidy Blue Home, we bring our own equipment and use Mrs. Meyers and Method selection of professional-grade cleaning products to make your home spotless. These products are made without ammonia, chlorine, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, artificial colorants, phosphates or petroleum distillates.
If you prefer us to use fragrance-free or your preferred products, simply include this request when booking in the description box - we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

Please ensure the home is accessible at your scheduled appointment time.
Any delay in entry may result in adjusted service time or a rescheduling fee.
We honor a 15 minute grace period, however any delay after, a $35 late fee will apply. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and will be required to pay 50% of your service charge.
To ensure a smooth visit, please include any parking instructions, unit numbers or any codes when scheduling your appointment.

At Tidy Blue Home, your experience and feedback with us matters. If anything was missed or you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know within 12 hours and we will gladly revisit your home within 24-48 hours and address any areas of concern.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to meeting your expectations with every service.

To secure your appointment a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non - refundable.
The remaining balance is due after the completion of your service.
We accept cash, debit and e-transfer for your convenience.
